Monday: 5 miles (9:10).
Tuesday: 2 miles (9:05), 3.5 miles (9:17), 2 miles (9:06). 2 Mile Warm-up, 8 x (0:45 fast, 3:15 easy), 2 Mile Cool Down.
Wednesday: 4 miles (9:33).
Thursday: 2 miles (9:38), 5 miles (8:10), 1 mile (9:55), 5 miles (8:20), 1 mile (9:27). I ran a 2 mile warm-up for the Indian Lake Loop. I just felt slow and sluggish, so rather than having everyone beat me, I just went and ran a solo 5 mile tempo run over at Veterans Park. Decided to work off Thanksgiving dinner with another 5 mile tempo run at Veterans Park in the afternoon.
Friday: 7 miles (8:50).
Saturday: 10 miles (8:49).
Sunday: 3 miles (9:04). "Rest Day".
Total Miles: 50.5 miles. Not a big week, but a little more than last week as the body is recovering from the 50 Miler at Tunnel Hill.
