Monday: 3 miles (11:32). Quads are trashed!
Tuesday: 3 miles (12:06). Still tough to walk down stairs!
Wednesday: 3 miles (10:44). Starting to walk normal.
Thursday: 6 miles (10:20), 3 miles (10:18). Legs improving.
Friday: 6 miles (9:26).
Saturday: 10 miles (8:42), 4 miles (9:15). 10 mile progression from 9:05 to 8:20. Finally getting back to normal.
Sunday: 4 miles (9:58). Right leg felt a little stiff from yesterday's workout.
Total Miles: 42 miles. This was a recovery week from last week's 50 mile race and 100 mile week. Hopefully I will get back to normal volume this next week. Right hamstring still a little achy, so dry needling may be required to stimulate it to full recovery.
