April 6 - 12 Training

Monday: 4 miles (9:42).  Quads were feeling pretty sore from yesterday's run.
Tuesday: 6 miles (9:33).
Wednesday: 10 miles (8:22).  2 mile warm up, 3@7:45, 1/2 mile jog, 2@7:15, 1/2 mile jog, 1@6:58, 1 mile cool down.  Ran this on the treadmill since it was warm and humid outside.
Thursday: 8 miles (9:55). Warm and humid, felt very slow.
Friday: 6 miles (9:11).  Low 60's and low dew point, felt much better today.
Saturday: 14 miles (8:15). Fast finish medium/long run with the last 4 miles at 7:48, 7:42, 7:43, 7:32.  SCHS up Saundersville Road at 8:33, 8:25 was my fastest climb ever for that hill.  Big confidence builder for Boston.
Sunday: 5 miles (9:32), 3 miles (9:28).

Total Miles: 56 miles.  A bit of a taper after two 75 miles weeks.  For the first time this year, I now feel like I'm ready for Boston.
