April 13 - 19 Training

Monday: 6 miles (9:27).
Tuesday: 2.4 miles (9:38), 4.6 miles (8:12).  4 miles at 8:00 tempo run.
Wednesday: 5 miles (9:34).
Thursday: 2 miles (9:36), 4 miles (8:37), 1 mile (9:44).  The 4 miles were 4 x (800m@3:55 + 800m jog).
Friday: 4 miles (9:54).
Saturday: 4 miles (9:43).  Running in Boston.
Sunday: 2 miles (9:38). Last run before the Boston Marathon.

Total miles: 35 miles.  This was a low mileage taper week for Monday's Boston Marathon.
