September 21 - September 27 Training

Monday: 3 miles (9:15), 2 miles (9:28).
Tuesday: 8 miles (8:23).  2 Mile Warmup, 2@7:50, 2@7:40, 1@7:30, 1 Mile Cooldown.
Wednesday: 4 miles (9:43).  Easy run in Berlin.
Thursday: 6 miles (9:04).
Friday: 4.06 miles (9:11).  4 x 1:00 strides.
Saturday: 6 km (10:45).  International 6K Breakfast Run in Berlin.
Sunday: 26.44 miles (8:41).  Berlin Marathon.  I will recap this later in the week.

Total miles: 57.2.  A bit of a disappointment in Berlin, which I will recap later this week.  Weather was great in Berlin, should have at least been a BQ, but marathon #7 is in the books.
