Monday: 5.25 miles (9:23), 5.21 miles (9:21).
Tuesday: 10 miles (8:17). 10 mile progression on the treadmill.
Wednesday: 4 miles (9:27), 6 miles (9:41).
Thursday: 3 miles (9:23), 10 miles (7:54), 2 miles (9:40). Treadmill workout started with a 3 mile warm up then 10 x (.5 mile @ 7.8 mph + .5 mile @ 7.4 mph), 2 mile cool down.
Friday: 5 miles (9:58).
Saturday: 3 miles (9:16), 4 miles (8:52), 3 miles (9:55). Track workout 8 x (.15 on/.35 off). Hit that last .15 mile interval at 5:45 pace.
Sunday: 4 miles (9:57).
Total Miles: 64.5. A lower volume week than I have been running, but that was to have somewhat fresh legs for Monday's Franklin Classic 10K which I will recap next week.
