September 14 - September 20 Training

Monday: 5 miles (9:40).
Tuesday: 8 miles (9:26).
Wednesday: 8 miles (9:50).  10 x Hill Sprints.
Thursday: 8 miles (8:55).  3 miles at marathon pace (7:45).
Friday: 8 miles (9:37).
Saturday: 3 miles (9:57), 3 miles (9:31).
Sunday: 14 miles (9:44).

Total Miles: 57.0.  This was a taper week with very slow running, except for 3 miles at marathon pace.  Letting the legs get a nice rest as I fly to Berlin on Tuesday.  This next week will have all easy running except for 5 miles from 7:50 to 7:30 on Tuesday morning before heading to the airport.
